In 2005 The National Institute of Public Health (INSP) conducted a document about the effects of the Program in the fields of nutrition and dietary intake in urban zones, and a synthesis document of the main results of the Oportunidades external evaluation of impact over the mid-term period in rural zones, and over the short-term period in urban zones, in aspects of health, education, dietary intake, vulnerability, wellbeing and gender equity, emphasizing the conclusions and recommendations derived from the external evaluation of impact. The College of Mexico (El Colegio de Mexico: COLMEX) within the framework of the project "The Oportunidades Program examined from gender" conducted some documents about the effects of the Program in the couple relationships and intrafamiliar violence. Also, El Colegio Mexiquense A.C. made an evaluation of the observance of the goals, unitary costs and attachment of the Oportunidades Human Development Program to the 2005 Operation Rules and satisfaction of the Program beneficiaries.
